| Mission: | Masterworks Chorale exists to inspire our community by providing access to masterworks of sacred and secular choral literature. We dedicate our professional performance of superior choral music to the enrichment, nourishment, education and entertainment of our audience, striving to create a meaningful experience for patron and performer. |
| Emphasis: | The 2013-14 season will be Masterworks' 50th Anniversary season. Major works with orchestras will be presented. |
| Size: | approx. 80 |
| Concerts/Year: | Four concert sets per year, two concerts per set. Additional summer concerts some years. |
| Auditions: | Prior to each concert set, by arrangement. |
| Dues: | $175 per semester, for 2013-14 |
| Rehearsals: | Monday nights, 7:15 to 10:00 p.m. in the College of San Mateo Choral room. One Saturday rehearsal per concert set, location varies. Two dress rehearsals the week before concerts, at the concert venue. |
