History: | The choir was founded in 1971 as the Peninsula Master Chorale at Cañada College by Carl Sitton. In January 2007 Peninsula Cantare returned to Cañada College after a period as an independent nonprofit organization. The group has toured Europe and Australia and toured Brazil in the summer of 2007. |
