Mission: The Festival Choir is an independent organization founded to bring classical music performances to our community. Its membership and rehearsal schedual both largely overlap with the St. David Parish Choir, which provides music for church services through out the year in addition to longer-range projects.
Emphasis: 17-18th century music with period instruments, annual late December Messiah sing-along. The weekly Parish Choir sings a great deal of Renaissance polyphony, as well as the usual mix of Swahili & shape-note hymns, Mozart, César Franck, Bay Area composers &c...

Dress: Concert black
Rehearsals: In the church Thursday evenings, 7:00-9:00 during the months leading to concerts. The Parish choir meets 7:30-9:00 during non-festival season, as well as Sunday mornings at 10:00.
