Basic Information

Description: This is an amateur, community, recreational, educatonal, fraternal, non-profit men's chorus, open to the general public. Guests are welcome at virtually all Chapter rehearsals, which are held Wednesday evenings, 7:30- 10:00.
Year Estab: 1989
Mission: In quartets and choruses (some choruses as large as 150 men) barbershoppers preserve one of America's special musicalforms, using songs of today and yesterday, all arranged and directed by highly trained musical leaders.
Emphasis: SEBSQSA is one of the world's happiest organizations, a society organized for men who enjoy singing in that good old barbershop style, creating a unique sound once heard, never to be forgotten.

Dues: $81 per year for adults; $47.50 per year for young
Dress: Tuxedos (formal) and turn-of-the-century period style costumes (informal).
