History: Vivace completed its first season in the spring of 2004. Along with two formal concerts each season, performances have included an Advent Tea, an appearance on the Oak Grove After School Concert Series, a performance at the San Jose Museum of Art and at the San Jose Children's Discovery Museum. In addition, Vivace's Concert Choir performed with The Peninsula Women's Chorus, at the Silicon Valley Arts Coalition Fundraiser gala, and participated in the Choral Friendship Day in Livermore. The Vivace Founding Board represents a group of dedicated parents who have joined with Director, Peggy Spool to build VIVACE - a strong and vital chorus for San Jose youth.
