| Auditions: | Yes, held at San Marin High School in February. Candidate should bring a piece s/he is prepared to do in a public concert. The High School has its annual Intergeneration Sensation in February. |

| Dress: | Varies by group. Concert and chamber groups wear tuxedos and gowns. Other groups less formal. |
