Description: This is an amateur,community, special interest women's chorus, open to women age 14 and older.

Mission: To teach members to sing and perform four-part barbershop harmony for comunity service and competitive performances; also, to provide opportunities for women in leadership roles. Affiliated with Sweet Adelines, International.
Emphasis: Barbershop style--the whole spectrum of music--across time, composers, sacred/secular, etc.--also, 8-part harmony.
Size: 70
Concerts/Year: 6-10; Competition in Spring, Big Show in Fall
Auditions: Yes, held at the rehearsal. The candidate visits 3 rehearsals, and should be able to hold her own part.
Dues: $20 per month.
Dress: Five different outfits: sequinned, casual, etc.
Rehearsals: Wednesday, 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., DDSO Building, 2331 St. Mark's Way, Sacramento
