| Description: | This is a community, recreational, special interest, women's chorus, open to the general public. Membership is open to women age 14 and older. Members include business and professional women, homemakers, senior citizens, and students. |

| Emphasis: | A cappella, barbershop harmony style, a uniquely American music form, with four-part harmony. Although the chorus sings many songs that can be categorized as strictly barbershop, the chorus puts a contemporary spin on the traditional notion of barbershop. | Auditions: | Yes. Auditions are held at the chorus rehearsal site on Thursday evenings following chorus rehearsals. Pre-auditions provide feedback for prospective member before actual audition. Auditions are held after the prospective mewmber fulfills the visiting requirements. Audition includes singing two chorus songs (in the selected voice part) in a quartet, singing at least one page from memory. |
