Description: This performing ensemble, community interest chorus, is open by audition.

Mission: Designed to ground students in world of professional singing, this ensemble places emphasis on performance technique, stage presence, practice strategies, recording, writing, arranging, attitude, audition preparation techniques.
Emphasis: Styles include contemporary and classic rhythm and blues; gospel, jazz, traditional folksongs, spirituals, vocal music from Africa, Brazil, Cuba, West Indies.

Auditions: Yes, by appointment during weekly rehearsals. Call the East Bay Center for the Performing Arts for information. An audition requires a prepared song. Call Suzanne Herzman for more information.
Dues: $10 annual registration fee per year
