Description: Mission Valley is a multi-award winning dedicated and talented chorus of women who love to sing all kinds of music arranged in the barbershop style, which is sung a cappella and enhanced with choreography and costuming. Instruction in proper voice production and the craft of singing barbershop style are all part of the weekly rehearsals.

Mission: Sweet Adelines, Inc., is a non-profit, women's organization dedicated to the teaching, learning, and singing of four-part harmony, barbershop style, and through performances perpetuating and creating a love for this type of music. The organization seeks to upgrade the state of this musical art form through competitions and educational programs.
Emphasis: Musical excellence through four-part harmony, barbershop style is the musical emphasis for the Mission Valley Chorus. The chorus performs music from blues, jazz, big band, broadway, light opera, and old favorites.
