| Auditions: | Yes, held at Laney College Music Department during the first week of each semester. Auditions for the Fall semester are held in the third week of August. Auditions for the Spring semester are held in the second week of January. Auditions include testing for pitch accuracy; vocal range, and ability; singing of a short excerpt from a choral work or vocal solo. |
