Basic Information

Description: This is a corporate, recreational choir, open only to permanent employees of Hewlett Packard.
Year Estab: 1978
Mission: To give HP employees time to relax. We all enjoy singing, and like to share the music with fellow employees. We sing not only at Christmas, but in the Spring, too.
Emphasis: Wide variety: classical; a cappella; madrigals; Christmas; secular/non-secular holiday music; spring music; show tunes; spirituals; folk songs; jazz
Size: 50-60
Concerts/Year: 12-Oct
Auditions: No auditions for the choir--just for solos and ensembles.
Dues: No
Dress: Men: black pants, white shirt, jewel-tone tie; Women: black skirts or pants, jewel-tone blouse. Same for both seasons.
Rehearsals: Tuesday (full choir), 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m., Different conference rooms,Hewlett Packard, 19483 Pruneridge Avenue, Cupertino
