| Mission: | Women's performance collective with a commitment to social change. Other, smaller, more specifically focused groups function as satellites, and meet for performance once every season. Workshops are also given and a listserv is maintained. |
| Emphasis: | From medieval to motown, including classical, Baroque, ethnic song, improvisation and extended vocal tecnhique. |
| Size: | 30 for main group; satellites are 3-10 |

| Auditions: | Yes, held in San Francisco in late August. Auditions require sightreading, improvisation affinity, solo song. |
