Mission: | The Alameda Civic Light Opera is dedicated to preserving America's unique musical theater repertoire by staging professional-quality productions for Alameda and the East Bay. Each summer, we present a program of contemporary as well as traditional musical theater works in historic Kofman Auditorium, the lovingly restored 1926 art deco landmark in the heart of old Alameda. By bringing Broadway to the East Bay, we hope to not only entertain and delight musical theater's traditional audience, but create an entire new generation of theater goers. Please explore our site to learn more about ACLO, its productions and its programs. |
