Mission: | Coro Ciconia is a 12-member, primarily a cappella group specializing in late medieval and early Renaissance repertoire. It rehearses Monday evenings in Berkeley and is always seeking passionate chamber-oriented singers with strong sight-reading skills and a taste for this challenging but rewarding music |
Emphasis: | All mediaeval polyphony, especially the masses, Machaut (1360) to and including Ockeghem (1450). |
