History:

Originally called the "Laney College Choir," the group has grown in size and ability. Recent concerts have included: Brahms' "Schicksalslied," Beethoven "Choral Fantasy," Bach "Magnificat," and the Poulenc "Gloria." While the emphasis has shifted to major choral works, we maintain a tradition of singing World Music and Spirituals as well.

Comments: Laney College is a community college, a part of the Peralta Community College System."
